Do you accepts returns on prints?

All sales are final as each print is made-to-order. If for any reason your print is damaged during transit, please reach out within 10 days of receiving with photos to provide to the carrier and we’ll happily re-send a replacement.

Do you accept returns on originals or commissions?

All Sales are final on originals and commissions. If for any reason, your paintings are damaged during transit, please reach out with pictures to hello@rebeccaking-art.com, and we’ll advise with further instructions to replace your one-of-a-kind original art-piece.

What if my print is lost or stolen?

In the event that your package is marked as "Delivered" but is not present at your doorstep, we kindly ask you to first verify the accuracy of the shipping address in your confirmation email. Regrettably, we are unable to provide complimentary replacements for print orders if the shipping address is incorrect.

In the event that a package cannot be successfully delivered and is consequently returned to our studio, we are pleased to re-ship it to you, albeit with an additional postage fee.

It's important to note that we are unable to reprint any order without charge if it has not been delivered, or if it has been reported as lost or stolen.
