Un-Stretched/ Rolled Prints Processing Time: Please allow 10-14 days for all un-stretched prints to be processed. Each canvas print is made to order and will be shipped in a cardboard tube.

Stretched and Framed Prints Processing Time: Please allow 14-21 days for Stretched and Framed prints to be processed. Each print is made to order, hand stretched and then custom framed. Stretched prints are shipped in a sturdy packaged box.

Original Paintings Shipping: Please allow 7-10 Days for Originals to packaged and shipped. Each original painting is packaged in a sturdy re-enforced box for safe transit.

Commissioned Paintings Shipping: Commissions will be shipped once completed and final payment is received. These will be agreed upon between the client and Rebecca King Art LLC.

International Shipping Policy:

International Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. All international shipping includes insurance. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy.

  • We ship through Fed-Ex and USPS carriers. All packages are insured for peace of mind

  • We will provide a tracking # and notification through the email provided at time of purchase once the artwork is in transit.

  • Signatures are required for all original artwork and all print orders exceeded $1000 USD upon delivery to the clients home or business.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please Contact: hello@rebeccaking-art.com for any inquiries on damaged or lost packages. We will reach out to the carrier and resolve each issue on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction and replacement of artwork. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.
